The pet policy could use more clarity!!! I struggled with misinformation about my dog's acceptance—definitely not a great way to start a stay. Also, the immediate dining options left a lot to be desired!!!

The breakfast was a complete disappointment. Many items were gone by 9:30 AM, including their famous cinnamon buns. The room I stayed in was also not cleaned well and had stains that were hard to ignore.

The stay was initially quite frustrating due to

a reservation mishap. After a long drive, we found out no rooms were available for us, and we were sent to a less desirable hotel. It's disappointing, especially since we choose Holiday Inn for its proximity to our destination.

My King Room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. The beds were super comfy, and the whole vibe was nice and quiet. Had no issues with odors or anything. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but it was free and enough to get me going in the morning. Overall, a pretty solid stay!

We visited Kings Dominion Amusement Park and the local zoo, both so much fun. The property is under renovation, but our room was very nice and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Definitely a solid choice!

We had to wait a little bit at check-in because of a shift change, which was kind of awkward. Just an off moment, but it didn't ruin our stay.

The hotel was a great base for our family trip! We enjoyed the nearby Kings Dominion Amusement Park, where the kids had an absolute blast on the roller coasters. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs, especially with a sofa bed.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly options at breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly, particularly Allie, who made sure I had a pleasant experience and quickly addressed my room change request. However, there were some issues with noisy neighbors at times, which disrupted my peace.

During my visit, I loved how the hotel was just under 2 km from both Pamplin Historical Park and the National Museum of the Civil War Soldier, making it perfect for leisurely afternoon strolls to discover the rich local history. The clean and spacious executive king room with sofa bed truly added to my comfort, allowing me to relax after a day of exploring the area.
